Return Policy

We retain the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned or order canceled. RuggedMade thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order, as once placed, the order may not be canceled, nor, in some cases, can the item be returned.

RuggedMade must give prior written approval to obtain a refund. Please request an RMA number by emailing support@ruggedmade.com.

All return requests must be assigned an RMA number. If an item is received without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package, it will be refused at delivery and rerouted back to you.

RuggedMade cannot accept returns of electrical components, gas or diesel-powered items once said items have been oiled and/or gassed, nor hydraulic parts once the hydraulic fluid has been cycled through them.

At RuggedMade's sole discretion, based on the condition of the item, we may deduct a fee on any items returned not in brand new, unused and uninstalled condition, in their original packaging with all original parts, accessories, and manuals included.

Original outbound shipping charges may not be refundable depending on the reason for return. Unless otherwise expressly authorized by RuggedMade, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to process, and the timing of funds returning to the original payment method occurs according to the bank or card issuer's policies.
