Designed to be threaded into a welded bung in the side of the hydraulic reservoir (tank). A 125 micron mesh suction pre-filter (SKU: 94-010-0002, PN: W2.3.1) can be threaded onto the inner male threads, and a barbed nipple fitting (SKU: 94-030-1015, PN: 4801-16-17-FG-2) can be threaded into the female port on the outside. This provides excellent filtration of fluid before it reaches the hydraulic pump.
